2015 DC metro area golf league results

Leon, Moulton, LaPier and Hasny battled down the stretch of the 2015 GPT Championship.  Hasny made a statement on 16 driving the green to birdie.  Moulton and LaPier were steady all day making 10 foot par putts look routine, but in the end it was Leon's great approach shots on 17 and 18 to close out with 2 pars that was the difference.

Michael Cuda shoots amazing 85 to take final major of 2015 at Potomac Shores. 

Tom Hasny back in the winner's circle with his 14th career victory.  He shot a back nine 42 with 5 pars and will carry the momentum to the PGA Championship.

Leon back in the winner's circle for the second time this year - has sights set on 10th pick at the first GPT fantasy football draft

John McCafferty comes from behind in the final round setting multiple GPT records to claim second Claret Jug.  First 2 day major tournament is a success.  The Board still trying to improve sleeping arragements during travel tournaments.

Adam Clark wins Louisville slugger from tournament host Michael Cuda, who almost made history and won his own tournament for the fans.

Team Deixler proves to be too much for Team Leon down the stretch - claims first Glover Cup trophy in GPT history.  The Board shifts focus to going back to the pod system for the Tunlaw Cup.   Jonathan Leon stayed late in the media room answering questions but didn't provide many answers. 

Key birdie on 18 propels Kiawah Champion Brian Salcetti to first GPT major victory.  Major sets record for most players on leaderboard.  Leon's missed putt on 18 allows McElhaney to "place".

Jonas Rodriguez is once again the Member's Champion.  Final group gets stuck in torential downpour on 18.

Clark returns to winning form in 2015  has sights set on first Green Jacket.

JORDAN RULES Musket Ridge - Wins first major championship.  Hasny still searching for the elusive career grand slam. 

The Board is Back!  Leon ends Board dry spell for first tournament victory in years. 

LaPier making early case for player of the year wins Falls Road Invitational.

Familiar face wins Kapulua.
